Security, network, card access and energy platforms delivered as one package across three phases.

Built in three phases, we acted as the low-voltage intelligent systems package contractor, responsible for detailed design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning of every subsystem: video surveillance, perimeter alarm, card access, structured cabling, public address, data center works and an energy management platform. Working alongside civil and MEP trades, BIM coordination identified over 130 clashes before installation, avoiding large-scale rework. All three phases passed first-time acceptance on schedule, and we now provide on-site maintenance.
