Suzhou Msioo Information Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in January 2012 and is headquartered in Kunshan, Suzhou. With paid-in registered capital of RMB 10 million and more than 1,000 square metres of office space — plus dedicated site offices and material warehouses for each project — Msioo is a national high-tech enterprise holding independent intellectual property rights.
The company specialises in electronics and intelligent systems, and holds multiple professional qualifications including Grade II Contractor for Electronic and Intelligent Systems Engineering, Grade III for Security Engineering Design and Construction, and Computer Information System Integration. It owns a number of invention patents and proprietary technologies; several of its technical leads are appointed as industry experts in intelligent systems, and it is a member of the China Security & Protection Industry Association as well as the Suzhou and Kunshan security associations.
We serve industrial parks, urban complexes, data centres, educational facilities, smart residential developments, retail and logistics warehousing, delivering end-to-end smart engineering services that span solution design, equipment selection, installation and maintenance. Over more than a decade our work has extended across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Hebei, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei, Sichuan, Shaanxi and Guangxi, and into Southeast Asia including Vietnam and Thailand. We have delivered over 600 projects with a client repeat-cooperation rate above 90%, and many flagship projects have earned strong client recognition.

MSIOO is our own brand for equipment, accessories and solution packages used across our projects, covering spare parts and long-term maintenance after delivery.
Partner brands and supply chain
We work long-term with Hikvision, Dahua, Huawei, H3C, Ruijie, Totem, CommScope and APC, giving neutral selection advice based on budget and maintenance needs, then handling supply, installation and warranty.
Contracting plus equipment supply
We are primarily an engineering contractor, and also distribute networking equipment, UPS, racks, cabling and security devices — so clients can combine construction and procurement in one project with less coordination overhead.
