Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of intelligent systems projects — design, installation, commissioning and acceptance
- Coordinate with owners, design institutes, supervision and subcontractors to meet milestones and quality
- Organize concealed-works acceptance, photo archives and as-built documentation
- Lead BIM coordination and Revit model review to detect clashes early
- Manage project cost control and change orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Automation, Building Intelligence or related
- 5+ years of experience managing intelligent/low-voltage projects, having led 3+ projects of 10M+ CNY scale independently
- Familiar with GB 50311, GB 50348, GB 50174. First-class Constructor (M&E) or Senior Intelligent Building Engineer certification preferred
- Proficient in CAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent cross-team communication and English reading/writing skills.
